Mother Fights to Change the Ontario Off-Road Vehicle Act
Just over a month after Linda Russell's son, Tyler Massey, died in an ATV accident, she is working towards changing Ontario ATV laws to prevent another avoidable tragedy like this from ever happening.

Ontario Mom Hopes Her Son's Death Will Change ATV Laws

Those are the first words on a website pushing for 'Tyler Massey's Law." His Uxbridge mother and her friends want the Ontario legislature to change the restrictions when it comes to children driving larger ATV's.
