Ontario Mom Hopes Her Son's Death Will Change ATV Laws On June 14th, nine-year-old Tyler Massey lost his life after an ATV crash. Tyler, an experienced rider who competed with the Oshawa Competition Club, was on a full-sized ATV with two other children when the crash happened.

Uxbridge mother pushing for changes to ATV laws with 'Tyler Massey's Law'

"I was born May 9th, 2006 and I will forever be nine-years-old."

Those are the first words on a website pushing for 'Tyler Massey's Law." His Uxbridge mother and her friends want the Ontario legislature to change the restrictions when it comes to children driving larger ATV's.
